How to back up your blog posts and comments
1) Open up your dashboard in Blogger click on settings
2) In Settings Click Other
3) Click Export Blog
4)Click On Download Blog
Once your download is complete you can right click on your download click on open in containing folder and you will be able to see the downloaded file
You should see something similar to this image of your blogger blog file
How to Back Up Your Blogger Template & Widgets
1) In your Blogger Dashboard Click Settings
2) Click On Template
3) Click Backup/Restore

4)Click Download Full Template
That is it your Blogger blog is fully backed up.
You should do this process on a regular basis to ensure that all the hard work and effort you have put into your blog does not get lost.
